The beach is the real medicine for our stressful mind, I’ve been living here for 20 years on this beach-side. My whole life was moving with this big tank of water. It was an amazing period and also it is much better than living in a big city without bio-diversity.

 A lot of people have a habit to go to the beach to enjoy their lives in the evening and doing numerous activities, such as watching the sunset, playing beach sports and surfing through the waves, also youngsters are lovers of the sea with their first-born love stories. Living on a beachside is kind of different from other people’s lives because we have a unique lifestyle. 

As I think, it is unspeakable sometimes, the reason for that, is we have lots of challenges here. Finding a pure glass of water, The windy season, and most of the time it was the fear of T-sunami are some of them. As well as the timidness, we are happy all of the time because we don’t have profound responsibilities like the people who are living in the city. Our needs and wants are simple as same as birds because we are always trying to live in the moment.

Bio-diverse Factors in The Shore-line 

The beach sides are full of environmental factors such as wind season, summer season as well and the rainy season. These seasons are completely different from each other. Lots of people are not able to understand the differences because they don’t feel it. But I live here, I know every climate change and also every weather change here more than anyone. My father was a fisherman when I was a child. So, I got this opportunity to travel through the sea for days and months. I have practised every season for years and years. Those experiences made my life unique and strong for thanking my father.

Marine animals are the best part of beach-side life. I have seen thousands of marine animals and some of them are still anonymous because I don’t even know their names. Turtles, dolphins, seagulls, seals and various fishes are making special our side. Sea cucumbers are the animals, we are struggling with since childhood because they are poisonous. If you are attacked by a sea cucumber, you will know the pain. But these animals are the special ones on the beach as same like us, they also own the world.

The season of arriving foreigners is a kind of busy time for the people who are living on the beach side. Some people are especially starting new family businesses at that time. A lot of foreigners love to have seashell ornaments and items. They are obsessed with them. I have also sold numerous souvenirs. As I see, they are too generous and kind to people. Especially, Some foreigners are especially playing with kids and enjoying their lives with greater happiness. The foreigners love to see the sunset and marine animals through the sea. When the sun disappears below the horizon, it is like such a heavenly view.

 There are uncountable advantages and disadvantages of being a coastline person. Some of them are not even sensible. The reason because I declare that the people who have never been to the coastal side lifestyle, will never understand how hard it is and as well as how easy it is. Some periods are harsh to survive because of natural disasters and some months are quiet and peaceful.

As I previously mentioned, the beachside breeze will reduce your stress and harshness inside. That’s why many people consider the shoreline sides as stress-reducing areas. The way of feeling is different for each person. The air of the seaside can also help you to have better sleep than ever. Many research shows that this soft windiness in the sea can ward off anxiety and depression. Watching the movements of sea waves, observing the sunset scenario and having small runs with bare feet will guide you to maintain important mental health.

I have seen, plenty of people who are practising yoga and meditational exercises on the beach. When I see their faces, it seems like they are pleased both mentally and physically. For some people, mental healthiness is not a particular part of their lives, it’s because they have never had such an experience as practising yoga or meditating on the beach. As a coastline person, I know, many coastline people also never had this experience. It’s fair because we are unintentionally having this experience, so, no need to force our bodies to do it.
